Summer 2014 Animation Goals

This summer I plan on learning MEL scripting (Maya Embedded Language) and Python. These two coding languages will help me tremendously with my ongoing pursuit of taming Maya and learning her ways.

I also plan on mastering rigging inside of Maya and to create the ideal style of rig for efficient animation.

This summer I will also study traditional animation and apply these techniques to characters in 3D space.

Through this learning process I hope to become more ambitious and creative in the art of animation.
